'Is My Payment Safe?'We have made our payment process as flexible and as fair as possible for you. Our payment processes are what we would expect someone else to provide for us. We have and always will do our best to do right by our customers.
Money Back GuaranteeWe provide a 30-day money back guarantee. If you aren't happy for any reason we will refund all the money we have received from you (monthly, setup, and/or any prepaid feeds). We cannot provide refunds for SSL Certificates or Domain Registrations as these can be transferred to you to use with another host or server for the period you purchased them for. We will ask you why you are canceling but you are not required to give any specific reason. Of course if you were ever to cancel we would appreciate it very much if you could take the time to tell us truthfully and directly why so that we may improve our services for other customers in the future. Canceling AccountsYou can cancel your account at any time without penalties. After 30 days if you want to cancel your account, you have up until the end of the last day of the current month to do so. You will not be charged for any future months. Your account will remain active and useable until the end of the month that you have cancelled in.
Prepaid Accounts If you cancel your account within 90 days of signing-up we will refund the remaining credits in your account.

When you purchase a prepaid account you are buying credits for your account. Each month a discounted amount is deducted from your remaining credit. Example: When you buy a $48 per year account, $4 is deducted from your account each month. At the end of the last month of the pre-paid period you will receive notice of renewal and will have 7 days to upgrade or cancel your account before automatic renewal.

If a prepaid account is cancelled within 90 days of its purchase date, M6.Net will issue the refund for all remaining credit in that account at the end of the current month.

For accounts cancelled after the 90 day period, refunds will only be issued at the full discretion of M6.Net
Bandwidth & Space OveruseIf you overuse bandwidth or web space we will NOT automatically charge you. We will warn you if your account is going over your space or bandwidth allowance, and will provide you notices to limit your use, upgrade your account, or take other actions so that you have options to take before you occur any additional costs. Additional Paid FeaturesIf you are adding paid features to your M6.Net web hosting account, you will be provided notice by the Control Panel or an M6.Net team member that by adding the feature you will incur a cost, and then inform you on how much the cost will be. This happens if you try to add domains, SSL certificates, databases, or other functional features that you are adding or have already used in your account. Upgrading Your AccountYou can upgrade your account at any time and then using unused payments from your current account, apply them to your upgraded account. When you upgrade your account it is effective immediately - you will not incur the credit cost of the upgraded account until the next month. Effectively you can upgrade your account at the first of the month and pay the
increase next month, giving you the benefits of the upgrade for a month at the price of your previous account. Any additional credits required for the move to the upgraded account will be billed to your credit card within 7 days of the upgrade.
Payment and TransactionsWe will charge your card within 7 days of your account signup or in the addition of extra paid features. If you decide you do not want these extra features before we process your transaction you can cancel and we will not charge you. This does not include Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, or other features from third parties. We do not provide refunds for bandwidth overuse as we will provide reasonable warning allowing you to take action, stopping or limiting your use before you go over the limit. If you breach our Terms and Conditions and/or Acceptable Use Policy we will not process any refunds. We will cancel your account immediately and stop the process of any further transactions. Please read our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy carefully. Payment ProblemsOur billing system is automated and will process billing from your credit card automatically as per the process set out. If you encounter problems and find you will not be able to make your payment, you can
contact us and we can postpone billing your credit card until a future date that is more suitable for you. We allow this courtesy for up to two months. We are flexible and understand the many issues people can face in life so we do our best to help you to ensure your sites, email, and databases continue to work.
Payment ErrorsIf there are any payment errors or overpayments we will refund them within 7 days of being notified. It is important to our vision to be honorable, fair, and courteous with all payments and refunds. Service Issue RefundsIf you have interruption to your service or feel you have not received the service you expected in a given month, please contact us at billing@m6.net and explain your experience. We will sincerely review your situation and provide credits for future months or present you with a refund. Each situation is looked at individually. Our decisions are made at out our
discretion and we will provide a detailed explanation of our assessment. We always aim to be fair, honest, and reasonable, and take your interests very seriously.
