Welcome
We had a high number of support queries late last week but with some extra support shifts we were back to fast query turnarounds by early this week.

If you feel you issues are not being resolved or you are not getting a response please email feedback@m6.met with your issue and Bob and myself will look into where and why the query was not answered correctly, timely or at all.

I've spent the last week chasing up a number of billing problems, and contacting clients regarding their payment details; almost at the end of it. I encourage anyone who hasn't checked their details in a few months to log into https://copanel.com/ and just make sure the details we have are current and correct.

I'll be contacting older clients through the next week - we are retiring our oldest machines, and are pushing to have everyone on Windows 2000 moved to 2003. Only clients on machines with an IP such as 216.180.xxx.xxx will be affected, and I do ask that if that includes you, that you make sure your contact details are all completely correct in your control panel.

This week has been smooth for support, with numbers staying low and no major issues occurring server-wise. Just a reminder to clients, if we have registered a domain name for you, you can create a free account at http://domreg-m6.net, our domain registration site, and let us know your username and we'll assign the domain name to be under your control. What this means is you won't need to contact us in future for domain registration renewals, transfers or domain pointing issues.

Hello everyone, I have nothing new to report as I've been away for a while. This week we are mainly focussed on fixing the existing issues with billing and also in developing a few internal applications.
